As a professional courtesy, Paradise Dental Spa will submit insurance claims on your behalf and make every effort to verify your insurance coverage, estimated benefits, and any required co-payment prior to or at the time of your visit.

Please understand that verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Regardless of insurance status, patients are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred for services provided.

For claims billed to insurance, any remaining balance is due from the patient within 30 days of the statement date. If your insurance company has not paid your claim within the timeframe outlined in our financial policy, our office will notify you. In some cases, you may need to contact your insurance company directly to help ensure prompt payment to our office.

Paradise Dental Spa is not a party to your insurance contract and cannot guarantee that your insurance company will pay your claim in a timely manner. While we provide all necessary information at the time of filing, insurance companies may delay or deny payment for reasons outside of our control.

We value you as our patient and appreciate your understanding that your insurance coverage is an agreement between you, your employer or plan provider, and your insurance company. Our team is happy to assist with the claims process whenever possible, but all account balances remain the patient’s responsibility.
